Juan Migliore

Migliore named to the Latin American Academy of Sciences

“Prof. Juan Carlos Migliore, PhD, is among 30 newly elected members of the Latin American Academy of Sciences (ACAL) for 2021-22. This is an historical moment for ACAL and for Paraguay; Prof. Migliore is the first Paraguayan to be elected a fellow of ACAL. He is also one of only two mathematicians elected to the Academy. ACAL is comprised of the best Latinx scientists around the world. They are selectively inducted into the Academy for their outstanding contributions to research and innovation. Fellows are key to the Academy’s fundamental purpose of using science for the benefit of Latin America and the Caribbean.”
